GENERAL DISTRIBUTOR POLICIES, TERMS and ADVERTISING ALLOWANCE for 2011

DISTRIBUTOR QUALIFICATIONS: To achieve distributor terms, distributor must place an opening order with a minimum total of $2500.00 net from Hogue Inc. This program is only available to legitimate distributor accounts in good standing with satisfactory credit rating. Distributors must sell Hogue products to qualified dealers. To maintain distributor status, orders totaling at least $5000.00 per calendar year must be placed. On approved credit 2% 30 days, Net 31 days.
