Customer / Dealer Assistance: Hogue Inc. will do everything within reason to assure a happy customer. If you cannot resolve a customer's problem please call or refer your customer to us. If our office is not able to take care of your problem to your satisfaction please ask to speak to Aaron or Patrick Hogue. Hogue values your business very much and welcomes any input on how to serve you and your customers better. We will try to help you sell our product in any way we can.

Hogue, as a general policy, will (among other things):

  • Promptly replace any defective/damaged Hogue products within 30 days of your customer's purchase.
  • Replace any missing hardware free of charge even if your customer lost it.
  • Provide technical advice and help as needed.
  • Exchange slow moving stock if necessary.
  • Supply new packaging materials to you if they were damaged in shipping.
